Betrayal of Trust: There is no upside to betraying a trust. Trusting that you will do what you say you will do and what is expected drives the world. Anything less than that leads to damaged or severed relationships, unfinished projects, wasted time, re-work and lots of noise. So what do you do? Here's some pointers:
